Preheat the oven to 375F.
Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg in a bowl.
Beat the butter and sugars until fluffy. Add the egg and applesauce. Mix well. Stir in the flour mixture and the muesli. Mix until blended.
Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets about two inches apart. Flatten the tops slightly and push a Hershey’s kiss into the center of each cookie just deep enough to make a shallow indentation.
Bake in a preheated 375F oven for 13 to 15 minutes.
Transfer the cookies to cool in a wire rack.
