Apple and cranberry punch

  • 1/4 apple
  • 1 cup cranberry and apple juice (or 1/2 c. of cranberry juice plus 1/2 c. of apple juice)
  • 1/4 cup white rum
  • 2 tablespoons sugar syrup (boil equal amounts of sugar and water until syrupy)
  • ice


  • If you don't like apple skin, peel the apple. Cut off the core. Cut into quarter-inch cubes.
  • Mix everything together and pour into glasses. Garnish with whole cranberries, if you like.
