How to make: Mango-lemon lassi

Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 ripe sweet mangoes chilled
  • 1 cup whole milk chilled
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 pint plain unsweetened yogurt chilled
  • juice of 4 lemons

Instructions

  • Cut the mangoes and discard the stones. Dice the flesh.
  • Put the diced mangoes, milk, sugar and yogurt in the blender. Process until smooth and the sugar is dissolved.
  • Pour in the lemon juice. Pulse a few times just to mix it in.
  • Pour the drink in chilled glasses and enjoy.
