  • In an oil-free pan, roast the chilies, onion and garlic until charred.
  • Cut off the tops of the chilies.
  • Peel the onion and garlic, and roughly chop.
  • Put the vegetables and the rest of the ingredients in a food processor and process until the desired smoothness is achieved.
