Soy-ginger pork belly and spinach

  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 150 grams boiled pork belly cooled and sliced thinly and tossed with 1 tbsp. of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated ginger (with the juice)
  • 1 onion thinly sliced
  • generous handful baby spinach rinsed
  • soy sauce to taste


  • Heat the cooking oil. Add the pork slices and cook over high heat, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.
  • Add the ginger and onion slices. Cook for about half a minute.
  • Add the baby spinach. Season with soy sauce. Stir fry just until the spinach is wilted.
