In a pan, stir the almond-flavored gelatin in the cream until dissolved. Heat, stirring often, just until the cream bubbles around the edges.
Pour into a pan (ideally, the gelatin should be about half an inch deep). Cool until firm. Cut into half-inch cubes. Divide the cubes among single-serve molds.
In a clean pan, stir the strawberry-flavored gelatin in 400 ml. of water until dissolved. Heat, stirring often, just until the water simmers.
Pour the strawberry-flavored gelatin into the molds in a slow stream to allow the white cubes to float and separate from each other slightly (you can help distribute them but stirring gently as you pour the strawberry-flavored gelatin). Fill the molds almost to the brim.
Cool the Valentine's Day broken glass jello until firm. Better yet, chill until needed.
To serve, run a thin blunt knife around the gelatin. Invert onto a plate and serve chilled.
