). Just whip until doubled in volume. Use a wire whisk, a hand mixer or a stand mixer. The prep time will take a little longer though.
If you're not a fan of caramel but you want to drizzle something over the no-bake fruit and cheese dessert to give it a polished look, here are two suggestions:
1. Chocolate syrup
: Take equal amounts of chocolate and cream. Chop the chocolate. Heat the cream in the microwave just until bubbly. Stir in the chocolate until melted.
2. Fruit syrup
: Stir jam and enough hot water to make the mixture pourable.
