Cubes of silken tofu and wood ear mushrooms are braised in a mixture of soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, mirin, Sriracha and spices. This soy braised tofu and wood ears was inspired by the eternally popular spicy beef stew a la House of Kimchi.

Vegan and delicious. Soy garlic green beans cooks in seven minutes flat and prep time is under five minutes. May be served as a side dish too.

To cook soy garlic eggplants, Asian eggplants are sliced and briefly fried. The soy garlic sauce is boiled for a minute and poured over the cooked eggplants. Prep time is around seven minutes; total cook time is less than five minutes.

Julienne a chayote, carrot and bell pepper, slice some mushrooms and throw them in hot oil. Pour in sauce, cook a few minutes and you've a delicious vegan mushrooms and chayote stir fry!

Palitaw is a Filipino rice cake cooked in boiling water, dredged in freshly grated coconut and sprinkled with sugar mixed with toasted sesame seeds.
