Stuffing cannelloni is not hard. Stuff them without cooking. Lay them on a baking dish, smother with sauce, bake and let the pasta cook in the sauce. That's how I cooked my spinach and cream cheese stuffed cannelloni with meat sauce.

In cooking sardines pasta, choose the sardines with caution. The ones that come in jars are more firm and better-flavored. I especially like spicy Spanish-style in oil. Cook your pasta. Toss in tomato sauce. Stir in the oil from the jar and, finally, add the crumbled sardines. Easy. Cheap. Delicious!

I'm not really sure about the spelling of the dish. Hofan? Hofun? Ho fun? The dish itself is beef chow fun but most Chinese restaurants simply list it in the menu as beef hofan or beef hofun. Whatever the spelling, here's a recipe for the the best beef hofun ever!

If you're scared of eating semi-raw eggs in your pasta carbonara, switch to powdered salted eggs for a tastier noodle dish. Don't forget the bacon though!
