I cooked spring rolls yesterday that called for a substantial amount of herbs. Mint and basil. And I thought it was as good a time as any to take photos to show how much our mint has grown over the past two months.

Yep, in less than two months, that’s how much the mint has grown.

The holy basil which was replanted less than a month ago isn’t as bushy yet but it has grown enough to allow me to cut off some leaves.

It’s such a satisfying feeling, harvesting herbs from my own garden.
