I made some yesterday and they were good! However, the middle sank. I think the problem was I probably overbeat the batter, at high speed pa.. I baked them for only 30minutes. I couldn’t prolong the cooking time anymore cos the top was turning light brown already. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

That’s hard to tell because I didn’t actually see you bake it. I don’t know what pan you used, how you did the mixing… or even whether your oven is properly calibrated.

Hi connie. Thank you for your wonderful website, anyway, i tried baking the cheesecake at 45 minutes and left it on the oven for 1 hour but it still sanked in the middle. What do you think went wrong. Thank you in advance.
