Too much ventilation may be the cause why mosquito mats and other mosquito repellents fail. Their effectiveness relies on how long they stay inside the room. They could be venting out of your windows before they can effectively circulate around the room.

Oh, I see. Probably why there were no ants in our house when I was a child. My brother and I used to pretend that baby powder was snow and we’d scatter powder all over the house. hehehe Syempre, imbyerna nanay namin hahahaha

Though I still do not know the cockroaches’ purpose other than to be disease carriers— we’ve found an effective solution to ward them off: pandan leaves! Simply place pandan leaves in vases with some amt of water in places where cockroaches are known to frequent. Hate yata nila ang scent ng pandan leaves.

For mosquitoes naman, I know that where there are a lot of trees and plants, lots rin ang mosquitoes.
Try to eliminate their breeding places.

For termites naman, pwedeng cheap and environment friendly at hindi toxic na pang-control: sukang puti! Termites hate acidic soil. Just pour enough sukang puti in areas where you find the termites.

For ants naman, I’ve read that ants hate baby powder…try placing baby powder dun sa areas that ants visit and you will see na they will be driven away like mad.
