Hi! This one is a yellow variety of the trumpet lily, a plant that is abundant in Baguio.
Yah, Chateau, that’s right–trumpet lily. I think the local name is talumpunay.
This plant/flower is called Angel’s trumpet. It comes in variery of colors that include yellow, peach, red, pink. I have this cultivar in my front yard and it blooms profusely with a very nice scent especially at night.
hi sassy, havent blogged for a looooong time, this one also blooms on a roadside near tagaytay, beware of its magic though, i was informed that its much toxic (read adictive) than marijuana ^_^

That is a Blood-Red Angel’s Trumpet, Brugmansia sanguinea. It is commonly found in South America. It is considered one of the most powerful hallucinogens in South America.
