Speedy and I went to Farmer’s Market in Cubao yesterday to buy panga ng tuna which he later grilled for last night’s dinner. While hopping from fish stall to fish stall looking for the freshest fish with the lowest price, he pointed to these large fish which, by their looks, appeared to be maya-maya (snapper).
