good pm ms. connie,
i bought chinese dried spice mixture from bee tin grocery in ongpin. please share some recipes i can use this with. it is similar to the package you featured in the "distinct aroma emanating from chinese kitchen", and also some recipes with dill. here in mindanao, they plant them as shrubs and they are surprised it can be used as an ingredient for cooking. (just as you featured)....
your site is very helpful and thank you very much for sharing.
