		<description>i&#039;ve tried this, but i used a canned mushroom since that was what i have in my counter. nevertheless, my family loved it. i first fried 20 springrolls, but it wasn&#039;t enough they asked me to fry more. so the 50 spring rolls i made they just ate it in one sitting.. i have 3 boys at home, my father, husband and a 10yr old son, (according to him he has a dragon in his stomach).. :)) well, they all have big appetite... hahaha by the way, my father (makes the best beef caldereta and dinuguan) who always scrutinizes my cooking has given a thumbs up in most of your recipes.</description>
