Slicing the futomaki

Use a very, very sharp knife. It also helps to rinse and wipe the knife after every few slices.

How to slice? Use a sweeping slicing motion, not see-saw motions.

The futomaki shown above has raw tuna, eggs, lettuce, cucumber and watermelon in the photo.
