But then again, street food being an addiction of the masses, and an attraction to tourists, in any country, it doesn't make sense to discourage it. JMonreal, I agree that regulation is better than sweeping them off. In many ways, because they use fresh ingredients, their stuff is healthier than processed goods from supermarkets. But I do agree with the government that they cannot block streets and prevent pedestrians and motorists from using passing comfortably.
