Miss connie, I am sooo into pesto pasta these days. Easy to make and only requires one pan/pot! I put Philadelphia Cooking Creme (tomato and basil) instead of table cream, but I have to try that some time too. I just don't know if table cream and heavy cream are the same or not. Sometimes it's hard to find ingredients here in the US because I am not sure what they are called. For example, in the Philippines I could just ask where the Nestle Cream is, and people would know what I mean. Here, I have to explain because they immediately think whipped cream!

I think my kids will love pesto with shrimp much better than with anchovies. Thanks for the tip. They're such shrimp lovers. :)
