According to my photo filing system, we had this pasta for dinner on April 23rd this year. For some reason, it never got posted on the food blog. Perhaps, I forgot. Perhaps, it got bumped off by something better. Thing is, I can’t post it belatedly because although I know I garnished it with cheese and fresh basil leaves, I can’t remember anymore what went into the sauce. I see ham but what kind of ham?

You know, Haley, I’ve accommodated some publications before, all with promises of credit and a copy of the publication. But the moment they got the hi-res photos, I never heard from them again. You’d understand if I ask, “How sure am I that I will get photo credit and a copy of the Menu Book?”
