Hello! Glad to have found your site. A family friend gave us pancit habhab noodles from Old Center Panciteria of Lucban (original!!!) as Christmas gift and received it yesterday. I plan to cook it for dinner tonight. Though my husband and I have tried Buddy’s and Lucban sa Hapag’s version of this pancit I thought of doing other version, coz I don’t want to “waste” this pancit, i tried to look for recipes on the net and found your site verrrrry interesting. I’m not much of a cook coz husband cooks better and tastier (plans to be a chef when he retires!) but my children and their classmates say I am a “cool” mom and “masarap magluto”. (hehehe!)

My daughter is in a science high school and every time they have a project to do they prefer to do it at home (I also prefer them to be in our home coz I get to know them better!) and one thing I am sure, they liked the food I’m serving them (specially my sphageti!).

Anyway, thanks verrrry much and see you on line once in a while!
