		<description>my kids also love onion rings. they love it as a siding or as a snack. this is my version of onion rings:

i slice big white onions and marinate it with this mixture: evaporated milk with a dash of salt and pepper. i refrigerate it for an hour or so. this eliminates the pungent smell or onions.

i then dip each one on flour, egg, and then japanese bread crumbs. do this one at a time, then dip fry.

use your favorite sauce.

this version is really crispy and easy to prepare.
