If you’ve heard of the concept of leading lines in photography, well… this is NOT an illustration of the concept. Leading lines lead the eye to the subject. In the photo above, the lines themselves are the subject, not Mr. Orange Shirt whom I don’t even know. In fact, I was waiting until the walkalator was free of people but I had been waiting for five minutes and it was never empty. So I took the shot with Mr. Orange Shirt smack in the middle. The color of his shirt, like the color of the seats on the left, added some bright spots to the otherwise monotonous hues of the photo anyway. On another note, if alliteration could be applied to photography, the smattering of orange would be a nice example.
