Protected by class? What do you mean? Sounds like a violation of the equal protection clause.

This article is great!

This is how i liked America. Lawsuit can help you. A friend of mine married a Filipina. They petitioned her 2 minor kids in the Philippines to join them. She studied and became a nurse. Once she got her citizenship, she kicked him out of their apartment. The poor guy is in love so he just accepted his fate. Until we told him to sue for alimony, equal share of 401k and pension, etc. The girl decided to take him back and shove her evil divorce scheme.

Also, older Asian women are not easy to fire from work. They are protected by class and can easily seek financial remedy through litigation.

The most common irritant in our neighborhood is that wild karaoke singing--I wholeheartedly agree with the Brits who voted the karaoke as the most unwanted (or irritable) invention of the 20th century!--that goes all the way to the wee hours of the morning! I sure does a great job of messin' up my bedtime, but nothing compared to the double whammy for my musician husband and two musically-gifted kids! Aside from their out-of-tune voices, they also do a great job of mispronouncing the lyrics! During schooldays our neighbors are kind enough to belt it out only during weekends. But during the summer months, not one of them give a damn to us people from the working class! And having a lame barangay tanod team is certainly no help. My solution? Call the nearest police station.

I've already done this twice, and mind you, I gave the police my real name and if the station's phone have a caller ID (which I doubt very much), they also have my home phone number. I must say that at both counts we were successful in cutting their "good taym" short.

It is at these moments that I wish we Pinoy were as lawsuit-happy as the Americans!

That's pretty funny. I'd never thought of falling in love as being so troublesome in that way.
