In Chinese philosophy, the moon is Yin to the sun’s Yang.
In mythology, the moon is sometimes male and at other times female. For instance, in Greek mythology, Artemis is the moon goddess while in Sumer, Nanna is the sun god.
In pop culture, I will forever associate the moon with Sarah Brightman and her music because of her La Luna album which has been among my favorites for years.
What’s with all the talk about the moon? I’m starting to miss the moon. Too cloudy for the past weeks and taking photos of the moon and clouds has been impossible.
