Fast and furious technique? LOL Actually the sundae is pumped into the cup with a swirling motion so the wider the swirl, the more likely that the center will be hollow.
I was wondering what that maplike image was inside your cup. Then I realized there was a hole in the middle of your sundae and the “map” was the tray underneath your cup lol

the sundae is supposed to be weighed. so whether it has a hole due to the twirling motion, it should give the consumer the same amount.
