There is an americanized version of the cua pao, which they call mamofuku&#039;s pork belly buns and you can find the recipe here:

When I prepare the cua pao at home, I add some chopped pickled mustard leaves, a slice of salted eggs, chopped peanuts and hoisin sauce. Messy to eat but quite good.</description>
