Hi Connie!

How do I make the fried rice not become sticky when fried? I want a "buhaghag" fried rice but it always ends up sticky or lumpy after frying. Your expert advice please! Salamat!

Hush, you know, I've been meaning to learn Indonesian, Thai and Malaysian cuisine. My problem is the translation of their native ingredients. Most cookbooks use the native terms.

You're welcome, Nick. :)

Fried rice is fried rice. There are so many ways to make it, that you could have it everyday and still have more varieties to try.

I love Fried rice, and the more ways I can figure out to make it.. the better..

Thanks for the suggestion here...

Hello! Have you tried to use Indo Nasi Goreng? Its yummy too! Its a pocket mix for fried rice. Indonesian version, so expect that it would be hot. =D Its also yum same looks as this one. Maybe you have filipino equivalent to make it how aside of tabasco and real chilli ;) I love hot food especially in fried rice.
