On the afternoon of December 31st, I went on a last minute trip to the supermarket. Because we knew that it would be crowded, my husband and the kids opted to wait in the car. Well, it was crowded and it took me a good half an hour to buy leeks and potato chips. My 14-year-old daughter Sam got bored and started taking photos. You know, sometimes boredom can translate into creativity.
Sam can be such a pest with the way she nags me endlessly for new gadgets, gadgets, gadgets. But with results like these, well… I love this photo of fortune plants against the blue sky.
