Milflores (Hydrangea macrophylla)

Milflores (Hydrangea macrophylla)

Having planted Milflores in the garden of the old house, we’ve learned to pay more attention to the care instructions of plant sellers. We’re been told before that as soon as the bouquet starts to wither, it should be cut off to give way to new ones. We were too lazy to do that before so the milflores in the old house did not thrive. We cut off withered bouquets these days and the two huge pots of milflores that we have flower non-stop.

When a dying bouquet is cut off and a new one begins to grow, the new flowers start our with an indiscernible color like the ones in the photo.
