		<description>Omg, I told my mom to buy tofu the other day since I&#039;m a noob of the vegan lifestyle and she ended up buying fish tofu! Since vegans don&#039;t eat meat. period. she didn&#039;t understand why I was freaking out, so now at least there&#039;s a recipe for this so she can eat it. The ingredients did include fish meat and soy protein, so basically you were right: fish tofu = fish balls.</description>

		<description>I believe that this fish tofu is just like the fish ball or cuttlefish ball.  It&#039;s made of some mashed white fleshed fish and lots of cornstarch and does not have tofu at all.</description>
