ive been to fiesta casino and had a great time while enjoying the slot machines and other card games like baccarat but there’s something that u should put your focus into improving.

the service was awful because to tell u the truth my car was on coding last night so i’d took the chance of being a chance passenger.
the service was awful. security said thunder bird only have one shuttle and if its full already then we have to wait for the next trip but unfortunately it also full so we have no choice to rent an fx to drive all the way up. i paid a price to go there where it shud b free for thundebird’s customer.

i’ve forgotten about it due to the casino’s good event, it was vice Ganda so i laughed and had fun inside.

after the show,i hurriedly get to the security to have my name written in the list together with the other people falling in line there.
the security guard was power tripping that he said he wont list us until the shuttle comes back., so u see dear manager i’ve patiently waited to be on line for an hour and half.
when the time has come and finally wrote my name in his special list, ive waited again for the next trip. and when its my turn the security went to the shuttle and start saying names but the my name wasnt there.
i asked him with the other pax but he just walked away and made the shuttle leave. thats when i started getting upset manager, i talked to his supervisor that has been ignoring our questions too.
she even said there was a mistake and that they would make it up to it for having a back up shuttle but they LIED!
theres no back up and no shuttle at all.
im sorry but is the resort only accommodating for those who have money and with cars.
i know im a customer and its very unfair for me.

I got in the shuttle 5am in the morning,when i was scheduled for 2:30am..ive waited mr.manager… i got really disappointed. i wont b going there anymore coz of the discrimination and the bad service Ive experience.
