		<description>this ones&#039;s really tasty although i have sustituted hoisin sauce (since im not lucky to find one here in our place) with light soy sauce, apricot jam, tomato paste, honey , chili garlic in olive, water and corstarch.  my family loved it specially my 2 year old son.  when i put the almost tonkatsu like chicken on top of the shredded cabbage and pour the cooked sauce, yummy talaga. thanks ms connie and happy new year.
