hi ms. connie! i read one of your article about non-stick pans, i bought a TEFAL set last year but my mom rarely used it so i dont know how long TEFAL would last. i read that you owned a TEFAL, i would like to know if it last long, because i am planning to buy another set when it comes on sale again.

Daji, yes, pans with thin bottoms aren't good for stir frying because they can't withstand the extreme heat. There are aluminum woks with thick bottoms though. Can't recommend brands though. What you see in the photo is German made but I can't remember the brand anymore. I've had then since 1996 and they're still good as new. I like ceramic cooking pots too. Corningware.
