		<description>Another alternative for this is what we usually called from my previous bank&#039;s caterer &quot;it&#039;s called UCPB Sandwich&quot; it&#039;s like a club house but with a sweetened coconut in the middle. so it will be ham on the first filling and then sweetened coconut or macapuno as we usually call them and the last filling will be cheese.  then instead of covering the sandwich with bread crumbs you have to roll it in beaten egg and fry it on pan (lightly greased) preferably tefal.</description>
