i used the bottom of a non stick spring form pan instead. i didn&#039;t have to use a parchment paper. lifting the cookies from the pan was a breeze. i intend to give these cookies as Christmas present to friends. there&#039;s really something about doing things from scratch, the satisfaction is always there. now i have to bring out my crafting skills for the wrappings.
