hi miss connie. thanks again for this recipe.
i used the bottom of a non stick spring form pan instead. i didn’t have to use a parchment paper. lifting the cookies from the pan was a breeze. i intend to give these cookies as Christmas present to friends. there’s really something about doing things from scratch, the satisfaction is always there. now i have to bring out my crafting skills for the wrappings.
