		<description>I love this dish.  I have made this kind of omelet but just with egg and chinese sausage.  Never tried it with scallions.  Sira na naman ang diet ko on rice! I cannot enjoy this dish without the rice :(  lalo na  steaming rice with soy sauce and a little sesame oil, mmm YUM!</description>

kasi, when we want something a bit different than the old fashioned garlic fried rice, we add what we call chorizo macau in our fried rice.
