Fresh egg noodles, yes. If you’re using dried, you’ll have to follow package directions.

hi. ask ko lang po if ganun lang talaga yung preparation ng mami/egg noodles. just pour boiling water? then set aside? tnx.

Hi Connie! I’ve cooked this chicken mami many times na…so easy…..super YUMMY…..My kids loved it….and my husband too….except pala for my yaya, hindi nya favorite unlike the Caldereta nabighani sya…….He!he!he!….

after my first week here in singapore, i have a longing for Filipino foods so i have tried some of my ate’s favorite recipe which are actually her childrens all time favorites.One is mami, same as the one you presented here only that i added slices of hardboiled egg and sprinkled some crispy garlic for decoration and to enhance the taste and smell. uhm..and also i had prepared it along with fried tofu (tokwa) with vinegar-soysauce-minced onion dip.. superb!! my officemates love it and now they want me to prepare some more..
