The burgers don’t really have to be a bit sweet. It’s just a personal preference. So you can use just about any seasoning that you like.

Just wondering can I use just regular soy sauce for this one? maybe just add a little sugar to make it sweet? can’t find sweet soy sauce here in OZ… or can I substitute oyster sauce? Thanks and more power!
