Darn, there’s so much more to say about Callospa. Renting the resort for the day means a pool, picnic huts, two badminton courts (above) that can double as a reception hall for parties. On one side of the hall is a dais (below) that opens to a veranda (below the photo of the dais).

The suites and rooms for overnight stay are filled with paintings of foliage and flowers (above). According to Mrs. Garcia, painters would go to Callospa to paint the view then leave some paintings as gifts to her (below).

It was marvellous. I know that there would be interested parties asking for info and directions. Callospa and Callos Farm Resort has a website.

been there once and i must say that their service is great especially their signature massage, it was heavenly.
but what is so sad is what i heard about the management, they’re not treating their employees well. the therapists were given salaries way below the minimum, no overtime pay, they dont get double pay on holidays, they’re treated like a household helps (they required to do chores like scrubbing the floor etc), they’re not given enough food, etc..
i just hope that someone out there who have connections with the government can look into this because it’s really sad that these people are doing their job excellently but they are treated badly by the people who should have been the first to defend them.
Hi! Do you have a contact number of callos spa? We are very much interested to that place.. thanks
nice
hi im mrs. liza yap i was planning to have our reunions there at callos resort with my other friends and their families.i would like to have your number and details of its location so we can go there.
thank you!GOD BLESS!
hi its me again i am really waiting for the number please give it to me as soon as possible because we are ready.
Well, Ms. Liza Yap, you can wait forever. No Callospa agent nor secretary in this blog.
LOL
Mano naman kasi magbasa nang maayos bago mag-demand. Ang kakapal.
I would like to inquire how much is your rate for whole body spa for a couple. Thank you & regards.
You’ll have to ask the Callospa people, Candy. This is not Callospa’s website.
Hi Ms. Connie, were you able to rent the place? Did your kids enjoy it? My family also plans to have a small get together, i think this is better than travelling to Pansol,Laguna. My mother lives just down the hill – Cainta. Just want to know if you and your family enjoyed the place and of course the privacy.
Thanks!
No, we didn’t rent it. We usually went to Cattleya Farm Resort which was nearer our old house.
I’m surprised you liked this spa. When we went the sauna didn’t work, and in fact gave me an electrical shock. The massage tubs did not work either, no hot water and no working pumps. And the massage was the worst I have ever had, the masseuse was so bad I’m lucky I didn’t end up in the hospital. I would NEVER recommend this spa to anybody……..EVER!!!!!!!
We actually just got back from Callospa this afternoon and had a perfect weekend getaway! We availed of their “Affordable Escape” package and it was just right to calm our nerves and relax our bodies. No shocks nor karate masseuses; just a great and awesome way to get away from stress. And yup, we’ll definitely be back! =)
Hi there! quite contrary to what you experienced, for me Callospa is a really nice place. I’ve been to Callospa several times already, bringing my friends, sisters or just myself for their body scrub and massage tandem. My officemates loved it too, in fact one of them will be having their wedding there on December. Its sad to hear someone had a bit of an unhappy time there..maybe luck was just not on your side. As for me, I’ll be coming back there for my weekly spa indulgences and give Callospa the recommendation it deserves.

I’m losing my patience with you. If you can’t see the threaded commenting and the two comments in response to yours, you’re either blind or dumb. Next time, be careful with posting comments and post only what you mean. I don’t know what your agenda is but you’re not going to do it here. I’m blacklisting you.
I read lots of good reviews so my sister and I decided to try Callospa for a relaxing night…but unfortunately, it was a night full of disappointment. Very bad experience!
a) Despite setting an appointment, we had to wait until therapists were available. Pagdating namin don, pinaupo lang kame and hindi welcoming ang staff nila. Kulang daw sila sa staff kase may spa party. I think there were only 4 therapists available..and based on what I saw, parang may 2 other clients lang na andon din sa place.
b) Body Scrub – the body scrub room (or whatever you call that) was not appealing. The srubbing bed was wet (obvious na ginamit na sa previous client) and di man lang nilinis for the next client. The rolled towel where my head was supposed to rest was wet too…kadiri. Di man lang pinalitan after the previous client.
c) Massage – the service itself was OK..but the music they played was sooo un-relaxing. Pang-horror. We had to ask the staff to change it pero di daw sha marunong. Later on pinalitan nga pero pang-horror parin. Geesh! And…nag-iisa lang ata yung song na pinatugtog nila. Same music playing for more than an hour! Paulit ulit lang.
d) Facial – Only one staff was available to do our facials kaya take turns kame ng sister ko. While the therapist was applying cream on ate’s face..nagaantay lang ako, then nung pinapa-steam sha, ako naman nilagyan cream..then balik sha sa sister ko for pricking habang ako naman steam. Basta obvious na minadali ang buong session to accommodate both of us. Boo!
e) Foot spa – We had to sit and wait for at least 30 minutes for the therapists na magfo-foot spa samin kase they were massaging 2 other clients pa. Yon nga, kulang daw sila sa tao that night kaya ganon.
oh well. A truly disappointing night! It was a long drive pa naman to go there. Never will I visit this place again.
Callospa’s Response to Ms. Darlyn: Our apologies for your disappointment. We were short of therapists during that time because of the spa party held at the family spa, which intially booked for 10 but eventually ended up with 15 persons. Their wedding will be held for the next day and they had all treatments done, body scrubs, eyelash extensions, body waxings, nails, etc. Our body scrub is wet body scrub, unlike the scrub some spas are offering wherein its done in the same bed you will be using for massage. We appreciate you liked our Massage. Rest assured that we will take as constructive criticism whatever negative impression you had during your stay.

hi good day!
How much room rates for overnight stay?
Thanks.
Hi, good day!
Does this look like the website of Callos Spa? Magbasa ka naman!
When we went for a visit recently, the place was not clean. Parang ilang taon nang hindi nalinisan yung lugar. Sa reception area, nagkalat at magulo ang mga products nila on sale. The rooms were dark and there were plenty of insects. Maganda sana yung place kung name-maintain ang cleanliness at order. Class ang dating ng place sa photos lang. Even the massage was not “wow” for 650 pesos. I enjoyed and appreciated more the yung massage at “Let’s Face It” in Market Market.
I hope the management exerts more effort to spruce up the place. I say the service I got was definitely not worth the price I paid.
Hi Ms. Connie,
Thanks for this post about Callospa. I’ve been looking for some more info about the place and glad I found this.
By the way, I’m surprised to find people thinking this is Callospa’s website. Obviously they didn’t read your blog post.
Most random surfers rarely read; they just do as the last commenter did. LOL
My office mates & I are planning to go there this May. I’m having second thoughts due to mixed comments both good and bad.. hmmmmm
my sister had her wedding at callos spa a couple of years ago. as you enter the resort, u wud notice how calming and serene the place is; but that was the only good thing i remember about callos spa.
the owner seemed very pleasant the first time we met her. so my sister and husband ‘to be’ that time didnt have second thoughts about renting the place for their wedding reception. dealing with the owner, mrs. garcia, was such a HEADACHE. she had made verbal promises initially that were never provided after we had paid the reservation fee. in short, malabo at mahirap s’yang kausap!
if there wud be any who’s interested in holding a party or reception at the place, make sure you have everything written down and signed by the management before you make an initial pay.
in addition, the personnel (and the owner) were not very welcoming. There was one incident when there were 3 of us who showed up for the food tasting with their accredited caterer. Upon telling mrs garcia that we came for the food tasting session, she told her staff, “___, mag handa ka nga ng table para sa dalawa lang.” how polite was that?! I still participated in the food tasting because the couple value my feedback about the food.
obviously, i will not recommend the place for your reception or party especially if you have other options.
Hi! just want to ask kung ano ang mas maganda? im torned bet. callospa and casa ibiza eh.
woa! I’l be going there tomorrow for some research and ask for some information about spa resort. Hope the owner will not be snobbish or what . (cross-finger) Sana welcome naman xa kahit hindi kami mag aavail ng kahit anong service nila .
