Buddha meditating under the tree

I’ve taken so many photos of this statue during both visits to Balay Indang but not until I was thinking of a good title did the significance of its location in the garden strike me. It’s Buddha meditating under the tree. And the symbol on the Buddha-statue’s chest has nothing to do with Hitler’s Nazi. The swastika has been a positive symbol in many cultures until Hitler decided to use a tilted version for his Nazi army.
