		<description>Hi Connie, i invented a similar recipe like this. But instead of frying the eggplants i just cut them in bit sized pieces. I brown the pork first then add onions, garlic, saute and then add the cube eggplants. saute a bit then add the oyster flavored sauce. I also add soft tofu for a more creamy consitency. my husband and son love it ! It&#039;s another way to sneek healthy food in our family&#039;s diet.. In our case no problem because we mostly eat veggies, fish, tofu and chicken at home. ground pork is the closes to us eating the &quot;other white meat&quot;...</description>

This recipe sounds like the &#039;spicy eggplant dish&#039; that I normally order in a vietnamese restaurant, except of course there is no chiliies in your recipe.
