It would have been nicer if if the sun weren’t directly overhead but one really can’t be too choosy when photographing bees that might not be there when the sun is in a better position in the sky. It took a good part of two hours, and some amount of sunburn, to come up with about 20 photos of this bee. Twenty out of more than 60 turned out clear, that is.
The photo was taken at Balay Indang last weekend.
