Sorry for the late reaction to this piece. I love the pictures you posted. Wtih regards to the wish that it rained during New Year's Eve - I also have the same wish na sana it rained so that we can enjoy a stress free New Years (when I say stress free - no explosions of any kind that would "destroy" our hearing and at the same time no one would shout "Sunog!" or being hit by stray bullets). In the past, it would drizzle but not that long or heavy enough to, unfortunately, spoil the "firecracker" crazy people outside. I had this before but it was not a rainy day - I was working with an Amusement Park which prohibits firecrackers in the vicinity to avoid fires inside so I really really enjoyed walking around without someone throwing a firecracker at me.
