		<description>For 13 years I subscribe to this PLDT my DSL minimum pay a month without using local and international calls I payed more than 4 thousand pesos a month, when I use few international calls and some missed calls it cost more than 15 thousand pesos a month!  I never complained for many years but this time this is too much, a minute they give me internet and dc me and have to wait again for 1, 2, 3 4 to 5 minutes after disconnected? this is too much, and i am  like stupid to sit and stand to fuckin on and off modem or ping and ping just to bullshit check the connection., This is disgusting! With such service they pushing me to hate them!</description>

		<description>PLDT MyDSL sucks! every few seconds they disconnect  and have to wait 3 to 5 minutes and they give  few seconds connection then again disconnected . This is shitty connection I am  using this PLDT DSL for 13 yrs. I payed on time my payments complete the service very bad! I am already piss off and planning to find reliable one! What else disgusting? even just missed calls using international call just a few minutes of talk and missed calls to my husband abroad it cost too much! I payed more than 15 thousand pesos a month! crappy service! this is insulting every month when they delivered my bills they enclosed pamphlet of blah blah advertisement that they offer a cheap internet subscription plan, but every month i payed more than 4 thousand pesos without local or long distance call, but the DSL connection still shitty!  Fuck! in abroad I have a very good connection very reliable that cost 10 dollars a month and here in Phils ? this is shit for 13 years even i live abroad i never cut off my subscription and it pisses me off every time i come back to Phils and the internet is very bad! this is fucking monopoly! they don&#039;t care their service!</description>

All you can do is to be a burden enough to your master until he let you go, behing carried is not enough, you gotta be a pain in the ass!

 

When an ISP scam you, Call them and ask them for your money back, i get in average 2 days a week refunded from my unlimited tattoo internet just by calling when they are down!

 

I find appaling that filipino let company like smart scaming millions with scam like the &quot;timestamp scam&quot; below (still in use by smart 01/2012):

 

[12Jan 11:47: You are now registered to Smart Bro Unlisurf 200.Your session will expire in 5 days. Time: 12/01/2012 11:27:21]

 

-when registering to a plan, smart sends you the above text. as you can see there is 2 timestamps

-one being the REAL timestamp (12/01/2012 11:27:21)

-one being the SCAM timestamp (12Jan 11:47:)

 

This error is a programed error to make user believe that they have until 11:47 when in fact they can only use the subscription until 11:27.

 

The extra 20 minutes added is not random either, this is design to take a little bit of money, which is shaped around filipino mentality and culture behavours. it also reinforce the corporate grip on the customer making them accept that all burden of business must be passed-on to them when in fact they hold all the power without knowing.

 

REMEMBER:

The above scam is in use now, made millions of extra peso to smart already and if was attempted by any of you on 1 person, it would be considered a &quot;con&quot; crime and you would face prison time.

		<description>PLDT REALLY SUCKS! I told them that I wanted to disconnect the internet connection since we can&#039;t use it. It&#039;s slow and sometimes the site doesn&#039;t load properly. Furthermore, there came a point where our cpu broke down and can&#039;t be used. Thanks to the technician who doctored our cpu, some parts went missing wherein we just noticed a few days later. Now they kept on billing me and already sent a formal and final letter from their lawyer telling that they will file a case against me since I&#039;m not paying my bills. My point is, why would I pay if I can&#039;t even use their service and to the fact that I already informed them prior that I want to discontinue the use of their service. We&#039;re CUSTOMERS right?!? Also, GLOBE DSL, to which I thought was better gave me headaches as well! They told me the internet connection will be installed 5-7 days. But then, until now, it&#039;s more than a week already, and there&#039;s no one from their company that went here to install. THEY SUCK!! What internet provider is better nowadays? I need one..</description>
