Anyway, the mish-mash turned out well. I didn’t have anchovies so I substituted sole fillets. I just cooked them beforehand and had to add salt for flavor. Thank you once again for your wonderful creations!

I work in the antivirus industry. I just thought “ouch” when I first read your comment and felt compelled to reply. Granted, the comment was written two years ago at a time when you weren’t in your best mood Yes, it is a fact that there are cybercriminals that are creating rogue security products that do nothing at best, or actually distribute malware at worst. That doesn’t mean that ALL security products are false. It’s like saying that firemen just hire arsonists so that they get paid to fight it.

Anyway, about the recipe.. I love the mish-mash concept! It’s like torta, but it doesn’t have to have a perfect shape in order to look good I’ll be making this for lunch tomorrow.
