I thought I posted a comment about herb infused oil. I don't know where it went. And now I'm here. haha. Anyway, I was asking about using dried minced garlic and dried herbs to eliminate the danger of botulism, increase the shelf life of the oil and storing it unrefrigerated. I had no idea there would be a problem. I was just going to make some for Christmas gifts.
