		<description>ooo, I got a little confused. I thought I posted a comment about herb infused oil. I don&#039;t know where it went. And now I&#039;m here. haha.  Anyway, I was asking about using dried minced garlic and dried herbs to eliminate the danger of botulism, increase the shelf life of the oil and storing it unrefrigerated. I had no idea there would be a problem. I was just going to make some for Christmas gifts.  Thank you (and others I&#039;ve read the last 2 days) for the warning and some great information.</description>

I have to say this is an excellent website.  The cream cheese with milk and parsley topping is inspired! Can&#039;t wait to try it out myself.
