Hi ms. Connie, when i started learning how to cook, i always use ginisa mix for flavors, but ever since i became more curious in cooking, and ever since i came across your blog, i never used them anymore. I only cook for my fiance and some family on weekends and on holidays too whenever they visit and i know it is really tiring to cook; standing there for an hour or two (yeah, i prefer standing, makes me feel more focused) but it feels so good knowing that they liked my cooking and that i never use any artificial ingredients for it to taste better. Also i get paranoid about having too much MSG in my body, i feel like i'll get sickly because of it. I love your blog. <3<3
